These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the as8com platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, content and services operated under the as8com brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and as8com ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the as8com Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and as8com.

as8com is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible territories. All platform content — including odds, game information, promotional materials and account communications — is presented in English. Urdu-language assistance is available on request through the support channel.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, virtual game or any other market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to an Account as a promotional bonus, welcome offer, free bet, reload bonus or any other incentive, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process conducted by as8com to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "Platform" means the as8com website, mobile interface and any associated services accessible at https://as8com.cam and its subdomains.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction, requested by the User, that prevents access to the Account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Winnings" means the net profit credited to a User's Account following a successful Bet, after deduction of the original stake.

To register and maintain an Account on as8com, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction or the applicable operator/license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. as8com does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of any employee or director of as8com or its affiliated companies.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not have a prior Account that was closed by as8com due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or self-exclusion.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above criteria are satisfied. as8com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, as8com will close all but the original Account and may forfeit any Bonus Funds or Winnings held across the duplicated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. as8com will never request your password through any communication channel.

You must notify as8com immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. as8com will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

You must ensure that the contact details associated with your Account — including your email address and, where applicable, your mobile number — are kept accurate and up to date. Out-of-date contact information may delay KYC verification, withdrawal processing or support responses.

as8com is required to verify the identity, age and payment methods of its Users as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon any material change to Account information.

Typical KYC documentation that may be required from Pakistani users includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), front and back, or a valid passport biodata page;
• Proof of residential address — for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah (or equivalent institution), dated within the previous three months;
• A selfie or liveness check to confirm you match the identity document;
• Evidence of the payment method used — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing the registered name.

All KYC documentation must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send sensitive documents via unencrypted email, WhatsApp or any other unsecured channel. as8com will not be liable for data compromise arising from a User's transmission of documents through unauthorised channels.

Submitting false, altered or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. as8com will aim to process verification requests within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of complete and legible documentation.

All Account balances on as8com are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods supported on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are published within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included as familiar local context for Pakistani users only. as8com does not claim that any bank or mobile wallet listed endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services offered through the Platform.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the support team.
• as8com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set internally by the risk team.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. as8com is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your Account Balance.

as8com does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or cryptocurrency exchange may impose their own transaction fees, over which as8com has no control.

All bets placed on as8com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or game in question, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. as8com reserves the right to correct any odds that were published in error (manifest error) before settlement, regardless of whether bets have been placed at the incorrect price.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, settlement rules will follow the market-specific terms published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed.
• as8com reserves the right to void any bet where evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors or technical malfunction is identified, and to refer such matters to the appropriate sporting or regulatory body.
• Maximum payout limits apply per selection, per market and per day. Current maximum payout thresholds are published in the Platform's betting rules section.

Cricket markets — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team — are among the most popular markets on as8com. Specific cricket settlement rules (including rules relating to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, over reductions and match abandonment) are detailed in the cricket-specific market rules within the Platform.

as8com may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to these general Terms.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in total eligible stakes before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A cap on the maximum stake per round, spin or bet while Bonus Funds remain active. Stakes exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry window (typically 7 to 30 days from activation).
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through Bonus Funds. Winnings above this cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal request.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Bonuses may require a minimum deposit — commonly PKR 1,000 — to be activated. Deposits below the qualifying threshold will not trigger the bonus.

as8com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotion found to be subject to abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bonus funds in restricted game combinations or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will be voided and the associated Account may be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or market.
• Match Fixing / Inside Information: Placing bets using non-public inside information or in connection with any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to access the Platform, place bets or otherwise interact with games.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across markets or using promotional offers in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute in bad faith after placing bets with deposited funds.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method or documentation to register or operate an Account.
• Accessing from Restricted Territories: Using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited.

as8com is committed to promoting safe, responsible and controlled gambling. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It must not be viewed as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulty, or a way to recover previous losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users free of charge through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you may deposit per day, week or month.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net losses you may incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your Account. Self-exclusion periods may range from 24 hours to a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from as8com.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss to date.

Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively. If you believe you are experiencing problem gambling behaviours — including chasing losses, gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, or gambling affecting your relationships, work or mental health — please activate self-exclusion immediately and seek professional support.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the as8com brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, source code, database structures, written content, graphics, icons, odds data and game assets — are the exclusive property of as8com or its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, as8com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform through automated means;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the as8com brand name, logo or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of as8com's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, as8com expressly disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

as8com shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or data loss arising from circumstances beyond as8com's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures or cyber attacks;
• Errors in published odds, game results or payout calculations arising from third-party data feed failures, provided that as8com acts in good faith to correct such errors upon discovery;
• Any financial loss arising from your gambling activities on the Platform, including losses arising from bets placed in breach of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, as8com's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

as8com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated by reference;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or law-enforcement request requiring Account restriction;
• Where the User has requested Self-Exclusion under Section 10.

Upon Account termination for breach, as8com may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending withdrawals and winnings associated with the breach. Real-money deposits not subject to an ongoing dispute or fraud investigation will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course; Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which as8com is licensed and registered, as stated in the Platform's licensing disclosure.

In the event of a dispute between you and as8com, you should first raise the matter with our customer support team at [email protected]. as8com will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 working days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal escalation, you may have the right to refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may hold under the applicable consumer protection legislation of your jurisdiction. Pakistani Users are reminded that, to the extent their participation in gambling activities is unlawful under local law, they may have limited recourse through Pakistani courts.

as8com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, as8com will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent material changes took effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
